I would like to express my thanks to all the supporting organizations, sponsors,

Power Point Presentation

First, president and founder Tony Ramos, on November 7th 2007, as part of the “Emergency On-site Planning and Integrated
Facility Security Conference” sponsored by the Illinois Safety Council, ADT Security and Integra Security
Alliance, addressed the issue and benefits of security system integration. The objective was be to provide attendees
with information regarding best practices, trends, latest technology, the opportunity to interact with some of the nation’s
leading security manufactures and experts. This one-day seminar also include presentations on Emergency Planning
Regulations – OSHA, War on Terrorism – FBI, Illinois Emergency Management – IEMA, On-site Emergency Planning –
ISC and introduction to InfraGuard. All attendees will also received a free one-year ISC membership courtesy of ADT
and an “On-site Emergency Planning Guide” ($40 value) courtesy of ISC. At the conclusion each of our other
participating organizations and companies including Bosch, Honeywell, General Electric, Brivo, Inovonics,
American Dynamics and AlertWave took part in a round table discussion providing a brief introduction.
The following a brief look back at 2007reflecting our accomplishments and ongoing projects. We remain focused in our
mission to offer our clients the highest degree of experience and expertise. We will also continue to work with the both
the business community and law enforcement agencies to set new standards, develop best practice and offer the latest
methodologies.
- Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) www.ilchiefs.org posts preferred vendor under list on their web-
site under "Buyers Guide".
- For several years, Integra Security Alliance has been the vendor of choice for screening all final
candidates for chiefs of police throughout Illinois. As a result of our quality, thoroughness and value Integra
Security Alliance has been selected as one of only three classified as preferred vendors, the other two
companies are architectural firms.
- Tony Ramos continues onto his second-term as co-chair of the Public/Private Liaison Committee for the
Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police.
- Processing up to 4,000 employee screens per day, we represent one of the largest team of criminal record
researchers in the country. These services are provided to employers, law enforcement, news media as well as
other screening companies.
- ADT Security Service connects with Integra Security Alliance.
- Tony Ramos is now a fully licensed commercial account representative for ADT security. ADT is America's

This connection allows us to now offer one of the most complete line of fire, intrusion, access control, video

- Illinois Safety Council (ISC) www.ilsafetycouncil.org held their second annual expo and introduced Facility
Security as a new training session.
- Integra Security was selected as the presenter for both " Background Checks - What you Need to Know
and Ask" and "Facility Security".
- Background Checks - this section explained the various screening options available to employers which
included finger prints, statewide screening, criminal databases, online criminal record checks, countywide
criminal records, social security traces and each of their benefits and limitations. We also covered the best
practice for selecting a screening vendor.
- Facility Security - during this session we covered the new challenges facing businesses today and the
need to fully integrate and better document your faculty protection system. This included the latest in
system integration interfacing CCTV, burglar/fire alarms, access control with wire, wireless and internet
platform.
- Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce www.chicagolandchamber.org collaborates with Interga Security
regarding pending security related public policies.
- We have worked with their Government Relations Division to review recent security related ordnances
introduced in city council. These ordinances, as organically introduced, would have established additional
requirements involving employee background checks and video surveillance equipment which would have
also required a significant financial investment by employers and business owners. In each of these cases
we were able to effectively support the Chicagoland Chamber and prevent passage.
- In 2004 the Cook County Crime Stoppers web-site was first launched. As a public service, Integra Security
volunteered to develop, host and maintain the site. Crime Stoppers is an organization that brings together
citizens, law enforcement agencies, businesses and the media to fight felony-level crime. First launched in
1986, Crime Stoppers has helped federal, state and local law enforcement agencies recover over $23
million in property and illegal narcotics. In addition, they have worked to develop additional information on
hundreds of individuals wanted for murder, bank robbery, attempted murder and other felony type crimes

The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, in a mass mailing to their over 2,500 members announces the support of
the screening services offered by Integra Security Alliance. The results are overwhelming with a sign-up rate of
87% of those that called as a result of the mailing.

Integra Security is the standard...according to the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).
Our experience and direction on background screening, with respect to the limitations and benefits of each of the
various types of background screens available, has been considered the standard by businesses nationwide. This same
program, which is the only screening program endorsed by the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, is now the
standard for the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). The IACP will be using our program to educate and
provide direction to businesses on conducting background checks on their employees. They will also now offer our
program directly through their web-site.

Tony Ramos is the first security consultant and part of a select group to
have earned the recognition as a Registered Health and Safety
Specialists by the Illinois Safety. All participated in a 10-day
accelerated training program developed by the Illinois Safety Council to
provided Illinois businesses with instructors and specialists trained on
the latest techniques and information.
