On Saturday February 2, 2008 about 10:45 a.m. 5-women were brutally murdered while shopping at the Lane Bryant Clothing Store
located in the Brookside Marketplace Shopping Center at Harlem and Interstate 80 in Tinley Park, Illinois.

The offender, described as a male, African American, 5’9”, 230-260 lbs was wearing a black winter coat, knit hat and dark jeans
entered the store, in what authorities believe was to commit a robbery.  Something occurred and the offender started shooting.  When
it was over five women were dead and the offender fled.

Cook County Crime Stoppers needs your help to solve these homicide cases. There are five separate homicides committed and we
are offering cash reward of $1,000 each, bringing the total reward to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the person
responsible for this crime.  If you have information, call your anonymous tips to

Authorities have described the gunman as a black man between 25 and 35 years old, well groomed and clean shaven with thick
braids, one of which hung down the right side of his face and sported four light green beads. He is large framed, with his weight
proportionate to his height, and was last seen wearing black jeans with rhinestones on the back pocket, a dark jacket and a gray knit
cap.


As of 2/03/08 the person(s) responsible for this crime is considered armed and dangerous.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPREHEND.

In the past two months there have been 4-armed robberies of the GameStop Stores.  The robberies have occurred between the hours
of 5:30 and 8:50 p.m.  The offenders are described as male, African Americans, 6’ and 6’2” wearing masks, sunglasses, hoodies, and
both displaying handguns.  They would take money and PS3 games. The robberies occurred at:

  • Joliet Store at 2812 Plainfield – 12/20/07, 7:00 pm
  • Burbank Store at 7784 S. Cicero – 12/28/07, 8:50 pm
  • Broadview Store at 7550 Broadview – 1/05/08, 5:30 pm
  • Calumet City Store at 1247 Torrence Avenue – 1/11/08, 6:00 pm
