“In my 20 year career with IRMA, Tony was unquestionably one of the most forward-thinking retail loss prevention
executives with whom I had the pleasure of working. He brought clear focus to the main messages of Association's
award-winning public service campaigns against store theft, particularly in the area of internal loss caused by
associates, and was well ahead of the curve in implementing them in his company. Moreover, he was always the first
one to volunteer support for our media efforts, ready to open the door for reporters and give them everything they
needed to tell a great story. He even put aside his own fear of flight in small aircraft to take part in a two-day press
conference tour !” February 25, 2009
